  The staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. Trash was in the cabin when we arrived. We were supposed to have 2 beach club passes but 1 was missing when we got there. Called the office and was told "oh well, you'll be fine." As a result only 5 people at any time could be at the lake. Appliances in the cabin were broken and I was promised several callbacks of which I received none. I got an email from the property after my stay thanking me and hoping I enjoyed my vacation and welcoming any comets or concerns I may have had. I emailed back highlighting the many issues I experienced and requesting follow up from the management. I never heard anything back. I ended up getting a partial refund because I put a charge back through to my credit card because I did not get what I paid for from Arrowhead Vacation Retreats.
